Here at Care Animal Hospital, we are so honored to serve Tulsa, OK and the surrounding areas. Dr. Higgins established our practice in 1994 and began to work on creating a caring community that has been thriving ever since. We believe every pet deserves the very best care and strive daily to provide just that. We started with a simple mission statement that we are here to serve pets AND their owners. We work hard to provide friendly and compassionate service in whatever form that may take. We believe that the human-animal bond is vital and we try to nurture that through education, medical advancements, and treating everyone we meet with kindness.

Care Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital and we take both emergency cases as well as less urgent medical, surgical, and dental cases. But Dr. Pucket was very gentle with my dog and the VA never forced my dog during the exam. They were courteous and was very patient with my pup.
